Live Sale Deposit

For New Customers to make a claim on a Live Sale this deposit needs to be purchased after your first successful claim in the live. 

The $10 is a non-refundable deposit that will be taken off of your final invoice.

Claiming: 

To Claim in the Live Sale please type 'Claim' 'cl' or 'Sold' + the Claim code on the item. Ie. Claim SS1. The first person on my screen will win that item.

Claiming is committing to purchase, I do not allow put backs or change of mind.

Basket Terms: If your basket is under $50 you are welcome to keep it open for 1 week for the next Live(s)  *Please note that you must have paid for your order within 24 hours and with shipping to keep open.

Shipping:  Shipping is $15 Flat Rate Australia wide. We aim to send orders out within 1-3 days. Shipping will be paid when you checkout your order.

If you are adding to an order that you have already paid shipping for please use the discount code 'BOX' so that you do not pay extra shipping. 

Payment Terms: Your order will be put on the website by 10am (WA Time) the day following the Live and payment is required within 24 hours. (Orders a located in the Live Sale section, under your name/username).

If you fail to make payment for your order or you have not communicated with me prior, then you forfeit the $10 non-refundable deposit you have paid.
